Valuations and Restorations

Whether your valuation is for insurance purposes, to establish current market value or to value a recently acquired piece we can help. We will do some research and consult with experts in order to give you an accurate valuation. If you require we can submit the piece for auction at one of the major auction houses on your behalf. We also work with a restorer who has many years of experience restoring oils, watercolours, acrylics and drawings, plus antique maps and prints. Bring your piece in and we will get you a quote for the work and tell you what can be achieved.

Portraits

We have several artists that undertake portrait commissions. All are well established professional painters with years of experience, who will work either from life or from a photograph. We offer portraits in oil, pencil and charcoal, and we also have an artist who specialises in pet portraits. Commissions

We have a number of artist’s who accept commissions, working in all major mediums including oil, watercolour, pen and ink, charcoal and acrylic. Contact the gallery for more information and to arrange a meeting.

Picture Hanging

We are always happy to advise on picture hanging and have many years of experience. Home visits can be arranged with prior notice, please contact the gallery for more details.
